Step 1

Stripping is essential to revitalizing your pavers. This will remove the old, failing sealant to ensure that the pavers can be properly washed and new sealant can properly adhere.

Step 2

Treatment of the pavers will eliminate all existing and greatly limit future organic growth such as moss, mold, mildew, algae, and lichen. The treatment will prepare the pavers for washing and helps release grime from the work surface.

Step 3

Washing the surface is the only way to guarantee that it is prepped. The wash will remove any remaining organic growth, sand, and other inhibitors to the remainder of the process.

Step 4

Pre-check, the most important part of the entire process is the preparation. We meticulously screen the workspace making sure the stripping, treatment, and wash were all completed correctly, leaving no doubt that your pavers are prepped and that we can proceed.

Step 5

Sanding the pavers will fill the joints between the pavers improving their drainage, stability, and rigidity, without it your pavers would shift over time leading to costly repairs and a dangerous surface. Depending on what style paver stones you have this sand will be more or less noticeable. The appearance of the sand is dependent on your selection, oftentimes complementary colors are selected but color matching is available in certain cases.
